Inspiration, which lead to great ideas, can be a fun, creative, constant occurrence. But where and how do those light bulb moments develop. In our experience, inspiration comes in many shapes and forms and develops at many different times. Initially, our inspiration for a project starts to come to life in our initial consultation. Walking around a house and our conversation with our clients, can bring about some wonderful ideas. Sometimes it's while brainstorming later that the great ideas come. We try to do this both seperately and together. Different ideas develop at both levels. The key to brainstorming is to let your ideas flow, do not express any judgement, write everything down, then weed through your list to find the best ideas. The great part about working in a team is the ability to bounce ideas off each other. In our experience, many times this leads to bigger and better ideas! IMG_9836 Inspiration can even develop in those mundane daily moments. Let your mind wander in your day to day activities, you'd be surprised how many things will pop into your head at those moments. Sometimes it's the thing you've seen a million times that sparks that one idea which leads to even more. These can even be the great ideas that lead to an amazing final project. Pezzo Bello Interiors The great thing about inspiration is it's everywhere and it happens differently for everyone. Some people can find wonderful inspiration in music. Some in nature. While others get their best ideas when brainstorming. Each person can find inspiration it's just a matter of being open to it. So carry around a notebook or use your phone/tablet to keep a running list of inspiration. You never know when that random idea will resurface.
