A craft room, sewing room, scrapbooking room, etc., whatever you choose call it, can get quite messy. With the many small items, large items and everything in between, how do you keep your craft area clean and organized or just plain under control? It's not easy but here are some great tips for getting started. As usual, start your organizing by going through everything you have, grouping similar items, getting rid of those things you don't need, and taking an inventory. Once you have your inventory, you will have a better idea of what methods will work best for storage. You can get them at your local home improvement store and a bit a paint can make it even more fun and exciting.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_880" align="alignnone" width="410"] Storage boxes are a great way to keep those smaller items easily accessible. A clear bin is best because you can see what is inside, and with the many sizes and shapes, there is bound to be some that will work for you.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_881" align="alignnone" width="320"] We love this idea of using a pant hanger to hold spools of ribbon.
