At Pezzo Bello Interiors our customers are our top priority. Due to all of our items being imported, we cannot always ship them immediately.
If not in our stock:
We do not keep a full stock of all items, so if your piece is not in stock, your order will be shipped in fourteen to twenty-one days or we will advise you of any delay longer than that.
If in our stock:
If we do have it in stock, we will ship it out on the next business day. We will confirm your shipment is en route via e-mail just as soon as it is shipped. We ship insured via UPS Ground or Federal Express Ground or for an extra charge, we can ship 2 day or overnight. Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship products to P.O., A.P.O., A.F.B., or F.P.O. box addresses. We only ship to the USA . A street address with a rural route box, highway or star route can only be accepted with a phone number. We request phone numbers for all gift recipients to insure we are able to deliver your gift when intended as intended.
Convenient Payment:
For your convenience we accept Pay Pal or you may enclose your Pezzo Bello Interiors gift certificate, check or money order payable to Pezzo Bello Interiors with your printable/email order form. Please use this form for money orders, mail in gift certificate orders or personal checks.
Sales Tax: 
We are required to collect sales tax of 7.975% on items delivered to the state of Missouri.

At Pezzo Bello Interiors , your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer only the finest merchandise; however, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, please return it to us for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping) within 30 days . There is a 15% restocking fee for any return orders.
